Our Shipping & Return Policy includes No returns without authorization (RA) number will be allowed. There will be a 25% restocking charge with all authorized returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused at delivery. All claims and request for return authorization must be received by PackagingBuyer via email (info@PackagingBuyer.com) within 5 days after receipt of goods. Return Authorizations are good for 15 days after the issuance date. Returned goods even with a valid RA will not be accepted, if they arrive later than 15 calendar days at each designated return address. All custom orders are non-cancelable & non-returnable.
